I don't know if any of you have had to ship any large packages lately but shipping has gone up astronomically! Please don't think my shipping prices are inflated because they are not. I have a flat shipping cost listed for everyone because some folks don't want to go to the inconvenience of having to send their address to get an estimate.... However if you don't mind doing so I can run you an estimate and get you an exact shipping quote. I live in TN so the closer you live to me the cheaper shipping will be. My West Coast and northwestern state customers are going to pay much more. I just charged a flat rate of $25.00 to ship a set of pillows to a customer that happened to live on the West Coast and it ended up costing me $68.00 to ship so I lost $43.00....and my garlands are even more expensive to ship. Accordingly I have had to increase my shipping fees It could be possible be that shipping could be less or even more than what I have listed depending on what shipping zone you live in. Please understand that my designs ship in XL boxes and dimensional weight is charged by the carriers. Most of my wreaths ship in 25" x 25 x 8 boxes My garlands ship in 25" x 25 x 13 boxes My pillows ship in 19 x 19 X 16 boxes (for 20" square pair) My centerpieces ship in various size boxes depending on size needed for each design. This design comes to you fully insured with SIGNATURE REQUIRED upon delivery. PAYMENT: I accept paypal instant payment only. SHIPPING: I DO NOT SHIP TO P.O. BOXES. I ship only to the continental US for now. I do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, or U.S. possessions. I do not charge inflated shipping and handling charges. I will do my best to pass any savings I get on to you. Shipping insurance is included in your shipping costs. I reserve the right to use the carrier of my choice per listing. Sometimes I use UPS and sometimes I use FedEx, and less often I use USPS. It is a time and convenience issue for me and not a cost issue. It just depends on what time of day my shipping goes out as to which carrier I use. If I miss my deadline on one I will use the other to get your purchased item to you as quickly as possible. Packing: I take extreme care in packaging my creations, designs, and home décor items. If You Have A Problem: I try hard to work with my customers so that you have a pleasant buying experience. However, as hard as I try sometimes unforeseen things happen. In the unlikely event that a return is requested, all returns must include all original items undamaged, in re-saleable condition. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
